John and Susan Carlyle are looking to renovate their house and turn it in to their forever home. The house is located in a historic district of Greensboro, North Carolina. John is a sales manager and works long hours and stays on call at all times, while Susan is a high school art teacher. The two are expecting to have a child soon and want to renovate their house by expanding it and making it accessible for their future needs. The Carlyle family's aesthetic seems to be Modern Scandinavian with a touch of industrial. This includes a neutral color palette with pops of color, along with crisp lines and clean spaces.
